Reliance Industrial Park is being solely-funded by the Reliance Company, and will integrate logistics, factory and living facilities. It is located in Bantian Town, Longgang District in Shenzhen, and is very convenient to available transportation. The park will cover 26,680 square meters and will include 50,000 square meters of building area; including, storehouses, factories and employee dormitories. The initial phase of construction will be completed by the end of year. The factories and office building in the second phase of construction will start next year. The completion of this project will help to solve the problem of factory space shortage while improving the staff's working and living conditions, as well as enhancing Reliance's overall strength while laying a strong foundation for the future development of the company.
